CLUSTER SITE PLOT & BUILD

Phase 2 - This is the first section of the residential component of the estate to be developed.

27 plots, most of which have differing sea views and at least 10 have both sea and mountain views.

Plot Payment: 10% deposit, balance secured by way of cash, guarantee or mortgage bond.

Plot sizes from 480sqm to 635sqm.
Minimum build size: 200 sqm.

The views from the different plots vary between, sea views, partial sea views and mountain views.

Once you have secured your plot, you will then sit with one of our Professional Architects to design your dream home. Various stages of design include budgeting, selecting finishes and costing the build.

Unsure of what to design? To make things easier to visualise we have designed a variety of homes based on the views and the slopes. Simply choose one of these designs and tweak it where you want to then follow process below.
