Phase 3 to 6 - Country Estate Plots

Phase 3 is released for selling:

12 stunning plots, all of which have stunning Outeniqua Mountain Range views and some have sea glimpses and forest views as well.

Plot Payment: 10% deposit, balance secured 14 days after being called upon by the transferring attorneys by way of cash, guarantee or mortgage bond.

Plot sizes from 805sqm to 957sqm.
Minimum build size: 250sqm.

Once you have secured your plot, you will have 18 months to complete your home.
