Herolds Bay Country Plots

Phase 3 to 6 - Country Estate Plots (More lenient payment terms).


These phases give you a bit more time to plan your move. Each phase will be serviced once the previous phase is almost sold out.

Plot Payment: 10% deposit, the outstanding balance only needs to be secured once we give you notice to do so. Once this is done you will have 60 days to secure the plot by supplying the outstanding funds by way of cash, guarantee or a bond.

Minimum build size: 250 sqm

The views from the different plots vary between, distant sea views, lake views, mountain views, pasture views and green valley views.

Once you have secured your plot, you will then sit with one of our Professional Architects to design your dream home. Various stages of design include budgeting, selecting finishes and costing the build.

Once all this is behind you, you will sign a Building Agreement with the developer, Dalmar Construction who will then build in the period of time agreed. Please click on the link to Dalmar at the bottom of this page to review their track record, current projects and previous projects.
